MB's 5 Tips for keeping Amazingly Beautiful Skin
1. Wash your face twice a day with a pure soap and CLEAN water! Remember hot water opens pores and cold water closes them. After washing your face with hot water be sure to splash it with cold water to close your pores to protect it from the enviornment.
2. Limit Cosmetic use: I try to go makeup-less as much as possible between photoshoots and performances that can be challenging but every minute counts! Be sure to remove all makeup before bed!
3. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: I have never been big on caffeine and sweet drinks so water intake has never been a problem for me but I cant stress how huge of a difference it will make in your skin health! Be sure to down 8 glasses of water a day consistantly!
4. Eat Right! I love food and anyone who knows me can tell you dinner with family is my favorite past time! Be sure to get all yur healthy meals in, stay away from fast food. On the road this gets challenging so be sure to carry healthy snacks with you constantly!
5. Sleep more stress less: Easier said than done I know. Try to get in bed at a decent hour and let all the small stuff go! If you are trying to decide whats small and whats not just put everything in the small category. Life will be less hectic and sleep with come easier..trust me!
