Happy Taco Tuesday! The word for today is quick and easy! You cant get any easier than this! New to meal prep this is fail proof to get you started!
What you'll need:
-1/2-1 lb ground beef (will have plenty leftovers for the week)
-Romain leaves (I ate 3 per serving)
-1 large diced tomato
-Perfect Pinch Asian seasoning
-1tsp sea salt
Brown meat in medium size skillet pan, I used 1 tspn sea salt and 1 tbl sp of Asian seasoning. After browning meat drain, serve on top of Romaine leaf with diced tomato.
Spicy Brown mustard dipping sauce(not pictured):
-2 tsp Spicy brown mustard
-3 tbl Low sodium soy sauce
