In my quest to prepare for my wedding I am committing to my weekly food prep and who better to share it with than my friends and readers!
On the menu:
Breakfast-2 boiled eggs w/Turkey sausage and yogurt(not pictured)
Lunch-Cold plate with Tuna/Crab salad over a bed of lettuce with grapes and wheat crackers
Dinner-Pepper steak w/ Sauteed onions and peppers over Stir fried brown rice.
Snack-Homemade oatmeal cookies(with almonds, raisin, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and dried pineapple. Some people keep cakes made for when guest come over if you come to my house you get offered "clean" oatmeal cookies! LOL
